The American Corner in Veszprém provides up-to-date, accurate, and tailor-made information on issues related to the U.S. Citizens of the region are welcome to visit the Corner to gain information about the the American educational system, arts, sciences, and economy. In addition to that, our aim is to create links and foster communication between Hungary and the U.S. The Corner focuses mainly on educational, cultural and business issues connecting the two nations. Besides providing basic services, we organize conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and performances.

Szeretettel várunk minden érdeklődőt a havonta jelentkező "Study in the USA" szemináriumunkon, amelyet elsősorban azoknak ajánlunk, akik az USA-beli továbbtanulás lehetőségeit fontolgatják.
A következő alkalmon főként olyan tippeket és tanácsokat kaphattok, amik abban segítenek, hogy sikeres felvételit tegyetek és elkezdhessétek MSc/MA tanulmányaitokat az általatok választott amerikai egyetemeken.
Lehetőségetek lesz kérdéseket feltenni, és a Titeket érdeklő témákat megvitatni.
Az oktatási tanácsadás magyar nyelven angol nyelvű vázlat alapján történik, a beszámolók angol és/vagy magyar nyelven zajlanak.

Steverson Collection Book Club 16.30-17.30 Every Tuesday in the American Corner

The American Corner Veszprem is excited to announce the start of the Steverson Collection Book Club. We aim to give our reading public a chance to get acquainted with the vast collection of books in the generous donation of Judge London Steverson and his family. This Book Club will be run by booklovers, for booklovers.

While parents are in the Conversation Club, children can learn and acquire English in a natural environment while singing songs, learning nursery rhymes, etc. with Sylvia Steverson, an experienced American mother of three.
