• Preparing for a language exam? In the mood for a friendly debate? Interested in finding solutions for global issues?
Here's a great opportunity to speak your mind and work on your communication skills in English!

PrompTED Talks for Teens are discussions based on TED talks and facilitated by American Corner interns Benjamin Duncan and Ryan Keilman. The programs will feature TED talk videos which highlight topics and issues that address global problems and great solutions.

The November 7 session will feature topics related to World Science Day (November 10).

BONUS: Meet members of the high school team from Dual Language School Balatonalmádi, who participated in this year’s First Global Challenge, the first annual International Robot Olympics in Washington, D.C. The team members will share their experiences about the games, which highlighted the role of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education in addressing and solving global problems, strengthening cooperation and tolerance among nations, and developing students’ leadership skills and their knowledge in STEM fields.
The theme of the challenge was „Provide Access to Clean Water”. Have you ever seen a ROBOT THAT CAN FILTER POLLUTED WATER? You will, if you join the program on November 7.
What are you waiting for? SIGN UP for the program at or in a Facebook message to American Corner Veszprém.

It's free, it's fun, it's food for thought - for YOU.
