Please note that American Corner Veszprém will be closed on February 12 and 13, BUT the English Conversation Club is still scheduled for the usual time (Thursday, 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm).

The U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce the Atlas Corps Fellowship – a special opportunity for emerging civil society leaders to participate in a 6- to 18-month professional fellowship in the United States. All Fellows will be placed at a leading social change organization in the United States. Individuals in the nonprofit/NGO sectors with 2 to 10 years of experience, a college degree, and English proficiency are encouraged to apply.

Atlas Corps has supported over 300 emerging leaders from nearly 70 different countries and seeks candidates to apply as soon as possible for their next class of Fellows.

The U.S. Embassy Budapest and the Hungarian Fulbright Commission are pleased to announce Summer 2015 Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for students interested in the topics of Environmental Stewardship or Social Entrepreneurship.

AC Veszprém would like to kindly inform you that due to various circumstances, American Corner Veszprém will be closed between January 9 and February 2, 2015.

However, two of AC Veszprém’s regular club sessions, the Steverson Collection Book Club (Tuesdays, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm) and the English Conversation Club (Thursdays, 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm) are continuing with the regular schedule. The next club sessions will be the following:
